Return & Refund Policy

At ShopTrueLight.com, we strive to provide an extraordinary experience and stand behind our products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Return Window & Refunds

  • TrueLight-branded items: Eligible for return within 90 days of purchase. Many items also qualify for our 60-day money-back guarantee.

  • Non-TrueLight-branded items: Returns are governed by each product’s manufacturer policy, which generally allows returns within 30 days if the item is unused and unopened.

  • Sale items: Final sale unless defective upon arrival.

  • ZeroGravitySkin items: Final sale and non-refundable. However, these products include a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Store credit is available at our discretion.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.

  • You must request a return within 90 days (or 60 days for items under money-back guarantee) of purchase.

  • Returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) provided by our Customer Service team.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us at Support@ShopTrueLight.com or call (302) 364‑0442 to request an RMA.

  2. Repackage the item in its original packaging with all included components.

  3. Ship it back using a trackable method—return shipping is free within the U.S. for eligible returns processing under our “no-questions” guarantee.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing Time – Once received, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or credit within 5–10 business days.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email Support@ShopTrueLight.com within 30 days of receipt .

  • We will replace defective items or process a full refund and may also cover return shipping in such cases.


5. International Returns

  • We ship worldwide.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund amount may exclude customs duties or fees that are non-recoverable.


6. Restocking & Processing

  • No restocking fee applies under our 60-day money-back guarantee.

  • For product returns outside of the money-back window but within 90 days, a 10% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.


7. Exceptions & Clarifications

  • Non-returnable items include: sale items (unless defective), opened consumables/accessories not covered under guarantee, and items outside of the return windows.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Misuse or damage during use may void your return eligibility.


8. Return Eligibility – Continental USA

We accept returns for all eligible products shipped to the continental United States (lower 48 states). Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses may incur fees and must be pre-approved. Please contact us before returning such orders.


9. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to comply with all applicable consumer protection and statutory rights, including U.S. FTC regulations and state laws. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under applicable law.


10. Brand-Specific Policy Notes

  • TrueLight-branded products follow our standard 60/90-day return policy.

  • ZeroGravitySkin products: Final sale. No returns accepted. Warranty claims must be handled through the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty program.

  • Other brands: Return policies are inherited from the manufacturer. We help facilitate returns but do not extend terms beyond what the manufacturer provides.
