3. Product Listings & Pricing
We strive for accuracy in our product listings, prices, and descriptions, but we do not guarantee they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct mistakes or update details at any time.

4. Purchasing & Payment
Placing an order is an offer. We may accept or refuse your order at our discretion. Payment is processed via third-party providers; we do not store credit card data. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may be processed the following business day.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping Rates: Low, flat-rate shipping and handling are specified at checkout.

  • Shipping Estimates: Provided in good faith but not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: You bear title and risk once products leave our facilities.

  • Damages/Loss: Please notify us within 30 days of purchase if order is missing or damaged.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Products

  • 30-Day Defect Returns: If a product is defective upon receipt, email Support@ShopTrueLight.com within 30 days to request a replacement or credit. Returns are subject to inspection.

  • General Returns: Contact us first for return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping; items must arrive in good condition for a refund or credit. Sale items and certain accessories may be non-refundable.

  • Repeated non-delivery claims may result in account cancellation.

7. Taxes & Import Duties
Purchasers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, duties, and fees. International buyers may be charged additional amounts by carriers pre-delivery.

8. International Orders
The Website ships globally. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and paying any customs fees or import duties not included at checkout. Taxes and duties are customer’s responsibility.
