1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • For U.S. orders, you’ll see one or more shipping options at checkout—typically with flat-rate or calculated fees.

  • International orders are charged based on destination and product weight, with duties and taxes possibly required upon arrival .


2. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day of placement.

  • U.S. Transit Time: Standard delivery is typically 3–10 business days after shipping.

  • International Transit Time: Delivery may take 2–3 weeks, depending on customs and carrier services.

  • All times referenced on ShopTrueLight.com are based on Pacific Time (PT).

    Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may be processed the following business day.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s site or via the link provided in the order email.


4. Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

  • Once items leave our facility, title and risk of loss transfers to you, the purchaser.

  • Please report any missing or damaged items within 30 days of purchase by emailing Support@ShopTrueLight.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.


5. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or taxes not included at checkout.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and may be payable upon delivery.


6. Special Conditions & Exceptions

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to local customs delays, carrier performance, or destination restrictions.

  • Pre-order or back-ordered items will ship once they arrive in stock; you will receive updates if shipping times change.

  • Some product presentations offer free U.S./Canada shipping during promotions—these details will be clear at checkout.


7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable due to invalid address or refusal, you may be responsible for return shipping and reship fees.

  • Repeated incidents may result in cancellation of your account or denied future orders.
