Morning set up! I love my routine of getting my coffee and sitting down in front of my True Light for about 30 minutes each morning. I use the yellow & reds & NIR in the morning or in the evening just the reds & NIR. It’s a perfect way to start and end the day.
Works great
The TrueLight Energy Square has been surprisingly versatile and can be easily used on any part of the body, be it to relieve muscle pin after exercise or help healing wounds. Need an extra boost in the morning? Good way to wake up mitochondria I guess. Currently got it hooked up above my chair on a clothes rack and slowly working on hair growth and after just under a month of daily use 6-8 inches above my hair I can see and feel the hair has gained back a lot of vitality and fullness. Love the product and would never go back. Only down side is the 20 minute cut off and the remote takes like 10 clicks to work.

I love the updated version. Amazing. It's sleeker and has more settings which I am happy about. I also love the hanging wire where now I can have it hanging off somewhere, because sometimes myself or family do not feel like holding it the whole time. So much better version!

I sent a letter to you, but never received any response. So I’m submitting it here. I am writing regarding my recent purchase of a red light device (Order #125974). At the time of checkout, I was informed that the shipping cost would be $71. I agreed to this amount and paid it in full. However, when the package arrived, the delivery person informed me that I had to pay an additional $151.21 for border/customs charges. I was told that if I refused to pay, the package would be returned to the sender. This situation was very unpleasant and unexpected. I was never informed that I would need to pay any additional fees upon delivery. As a result, the total shipping cost came to $222.21, which is far higher than the $71 I originally agreed to pay. I was prepared to pay about $70 for shipping, but I was not prepared to pay more than $220 in total. These additional charges were never clearly communicated to me before the purchase. I kindly ask you to clarify why these additional charges were not disclosed in advance and to advise whether a refund of the unexpected $151.21 is possible.
This is the third light I’ve ordered. It was a gift to my sister. The light itself is phenomenal. I’ve had struggles with the remote controls. Other than that I can’t say how wonderful this is in our life. I’m grateful for this technology.
Love this panel. It’s perfect for a beginner size wise. I got this to help with my recovery after a laparoscopic excision for endometriosis and my recovery has been amazing. I can’t wait to use it for my face once I’m finished recovering to see how well it benefits me there. My only complaint is that I had to go on the site to see how to sync the remote. There were no instructions for that included.

Near Infrared, NIR button, lights isn't working after 3 days. Really sad. Remote is garbage. It's like the lowest quality plasticky crap to ever. It is also smelled terrible. An item that you buy for your health shouldn't smell like this. The off-gassing took a couple days. I'm going to try to contact them about the light but from what I've read it's impossible to get in touch with customer service but I'll try

I am happy with my purchase of the red light - both my husband and I use it several times per week and have noticed fewer symptoms. We like that it is easy to reposition for different parts of the body and you can change the light settings according to your specific needs
So far, I'm loving it, but I think it's too soon to notice a difference in how I look and feel - It's only been a couple of weeks since I got it. But I love the design and it's super lightweight. And I love that the charging cable is so long.

The Energy Square off gasses. Plastic smelling gas. After 3 months of use, it still is off gassing. It off gasses more heavily when it is plugged in. Not what I was expecting from a health device.

Red light therapy has changed my life. I've battled skin issues, mostly type 1 and 2 rosacea, for so many years. I've tried many things but red light is the only one that has helped.
